Tarzan a.k.a. Wade Wallace

Dear friends,

This is for those of you who knew Tarzan, Wade Wallace, who was a part of Undernet and many other IRC nets. He did webhosting through his company, Kirenet. He was a #Class admin, and 499 in #Skype for many years. He owned #Users.

At 03:07 am on Sunday November 8th, 2009, Wade’s wife, Ruth came on his BNC, and told us that our beloved friend, her husband has passed away.

<Tarzan>  at 8:21 tonite central standard time….Wade Wallace Jr lost his battle wothe illness he has been battling most of his life….

Tarzan knew that his time on earth would only be limited by God.
He was ever conscious of that and not what his doctors said.
He lived each day knowing as we all do, that it might be his last here,
but Tarzan knew that he would be with God in heaven one day.

He fought through lots of health problems. I can only imagine
the pain he went through from the time he was a baby onward. But
pain didn’t make him bitter or angry, he was writing beautiful
documents, running IRC servers, helping people with problems.
He was the kind of guy you could cry on, and if he had any way
at all, he would help, cheerfully, and make you feel better, doing it.

In July, Tarzan wrote a letter, to let us all know how things stood.:

“I know this is something none of us want to hear but we all know that God has a better place for us when we leave this earth. I am sending this email out now so that I know that all my irc family knows I love and cherish your  friendship over the years very dearly and wish I had met you all In person but knowing you all online was the best thing in the world to me. I AM NOT SAYING GOODBYE I am just letting everyone know my situation and this way I had to chance to express my true feelings about all of my IRC friends before that chance passes me by. I am unable to be online like I used to be because of my condition
and weakness but I will try to be as much as I can as my health allows me to and I am so glad that God gave me this chance to tell everyone how much I appreciate all the prayers and love and friendship everyone has given to me and the 2nd family I have will always know that Tarzan was there jungle man and always cared for them with all his heart. So for now we can wish for the best but also expect the worst. THANKS ALL LOVE TARZAN”

He has always been a fighter, and stronger than any of his doctors believed possible.

Tarzan owned #Users and he was a 499 in #Skype.
